Comprehensive support, from design to maintenance
With IES Synergy, every customer benefits from end-to-end support, from defining requirements through to on-site follow-up. Drawing directly on the expertise of our R&D and production centres in France, our teams provide consulting, design, deployment and maintenance services. Our after-sales service, delivered by the same experts who design our solutions, ensures fast interventions and maximum availability. The modular KEYWATT® architecture simplifies maintenance, with interventions taking less than 30 minutes, and optimises spare-parts management. By offering several levels of support and an adaptable monitoring dashboard, we provide every customer with a flexible, responsive and sustainable service.
Project management
At IES, we support your charging projects from the initial scoping phase through to operational handover. Upstream, we assess your use cases, site constraints and objectives in order to recommend the most suitable, reliable and scalable solution. During deployment, we advise all stakeholders, conduct testing and ensure compliance for both operators and users. Finally, we can contribute to commissioning and/or provide training for your teams, together with a complete documentation handover , ensuring smooth adoption and lasting performance.
Training
We offer dedicated training courses for our charging stations to accelerate familiarisation and ensure safe operation: commissioning, configuration, supervision/OCPP, safety best practices, and preventive and corrective maintenance. Tailored to different profiles, including operations, maintenance, IT and site operators, our modules combine theory with practical workshops using real equipment. Training materials are provided at the end of each session.

After-sales service / Warranty
IES Synergy-certified technicians inspect the charger’s safety components to detect any operating anomaly or signs of wear. An inspection report is provided at the end of the intervention. Committed to anticipating and meeting customer expectations, IES Synergy has developed the Excellence extended warranty. This warranty extension applies to new or used chargers that are still covered by the original warranty and may be supplemented by a maintenance contract.
With this package, you benefit from:
- Replacement or repair of defective parts, including labour and travel costs
- Interventions carried out by experts trained in the maintenance of your charger
- A one-year extension of the manufacturer’s warranty, excluding charging cable(s), consumables and wear parts
