IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR CHARGING STATIONS
Commissioning is an important step after installing your charging stations. It guarantees that all legal and administrative prescriptions are respected and a total warranty on the products, as well as perfect integration with the rest of the recharge zone ecosystem.
Description of the commissioning of your charging stations:
- Check the conformity of the installation according to IES Synergy prescriptions
- Commissioning and control of IES Synergy parameters
- Validate the Warranty
- Explanation of the operation and settings of the charger to the end customer
- Advice on the maintenance of your equipment

Moreover, we have dedicated diagnostic equipment, specific to each charger, and a perfect mastery of installation checks and parameters of your charging stations.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Is the usage rate of your charging stations high? Is the availability of your charger essential for your activity? IES Synergy offers a review of your charging station in less than an hour – charge in peace with IES Synergy. Certified IES Synergy technicians perform a check of the safety components of the charging station to detect any operational anomalies or wear defects (more than 30 control points conducted).
A control report is provided to you at the end of this intervention.

PRO SUPPORT WARRANTY
Certified IES Synergy technicians perform a check of the safety components of the charger to detect any operational anomalies or wear defects. A control report is provided to you at the end of this intervention. IES Synergy has developed the Excellence warranty extension, eager to meet the satisfaction of its clients. This warranty extension is applicable to new or used chargers still under warranty and can be supplemented by a maintenance contract.
With this formula, you benefit from:
- Replacement or repair of defective parts (labor and travel included).
- Interventions carried out by experts trained in the maintenance of your charger.
- 1 year extension of your manufacturer’s warranty, excluding charging cable(s), consumables, and wear parts.
- Supply of original IES Synergy parts.
- The subscription of a warranty extension must occur during the initial warranty period.
