KEYWATT® CLOUD SUITE
A SaaS software suite for greater simplicity and precision
KEYWATT® CLOUD SUITE is a unique platform allowing charging stations to be monitored throughout their product lifecyle (order and production, installation, operation, end of warranty, etc.)
The platform provides an overview of the operation of the fleet of deployed charging stations.
- Present, filter and collect operating feedback in real time and in a historical manner based on different parameters
- Access a list of operated charging stations, as well as their status
- Access the list of parts building up the product viewed
- Have a directory detailing internal software updates of the KEYWATT® CORE charging station, details of the content of these updates and the history
- Quickly distinguish charging stations that are up to date from those that are not, subject to operating issues resolved by subsequent versions
KEYWATT® CLOUD SUITE : SET
Order tracking and charging station pre-configuration
SET is the tool that allows those responsible for deploying charging stations to best manage their deployment.
The charging stations are pre-configured with numerous customization options that can be modified and verified before delivery. Commissioning becomes simple, quick and takes into account all the specificities of the charging stations operating site.
KEYWATT® CLOUD SUITE : CARE
All the wealth of manufacturer data to maintain a fleet of KEYWATT® charging stations with greater efficiency and autonomy.
A synthetic and complete tool for the operation/maintenance team. It limits the number of trips for maintenance operations thanks to its extensive remote maintenance functions.
- Includes software updates
- Access real-time charging data, vehicle feedback such as the charging curve, maximum power reached during charging, etc…
- Being able to act remotely on the charging station (release the cable, etc.) even if customer supervision is unavailable
- Receive by email an automatic quarterly report formatted to have a summary overview
Good to know
KCS Care can serve as a fallback solution in the event that third-party supervision is unavailable or allow additional diagnostics using the IES modem of your KEYWATT® charging station.
KEYWATT® CLOUD SUITE : RUN
A SaaS software suite for greater simplicity and precision
Allows the operations team to administer access rights by managing RFID cards or vehicles authorized to charge at the charging station. It offers the ability to monitor their consumption:
- Access management rules
- Identify and track users (via RFID cards)
- Identify and track vehicles (through their MAC addresses*)
- Receive consumption associated with all users of a fleet
- For charging stations deployed in France: Aggregation and transfer of charging data to the Advenir platform (date/time of start of charging, end of charging and total energy delivered during charging)
