For the installation of KEYWATT® charging stations and being able to control daily inspection and maintenance activities.

Documentation and how to use it for each type of KEYWATT® charging stations.

THEORETICAL PART
- General Presentation of IES SYNERGY and CERER
- Presentation of the portfolio: G3 Mono, G3 Tri, G3 Bi, and G3 Dual, WB24, ST24, ST50, ST180
- Architecture, identification of components of a charging station
- Existing Computer Tools CCU Manager (log files), Zendesk (Customer Service Ticket),
- Intools (local configuration).
- Securing the Infrastructure
- Electrical Safety Rules for Intervention and Maintenance of EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment)
PRACTICAL PART
Software:
- Setting and verifying a station with INTOOLS
- Using CCU Manager (Log Files)
- Procedure for creating a customer service ticket (Zendesk)
Physical Dismantling / Reassembly
- Changing faulty and wear parts
- Removal and replacement of ribbons, use of specific screws, etc.
- Changing the power module with thermal paste
- Changing the screen
- Changing the fuse with a specific tool
- Principles of torque tightening on contactors
- T2 socket seals
- Operating in degraded mode with fewer power module(s)
